Calçados Zéliz was founded on October 10, 2005, with the main activity of manufacturing children's shoes.
The origin of this is related to the fact that its partners have a vast experience of over 25 years in the field of footwear. It is located in Torrados, in the municipality of Felgueiras.
Over time, the company focused its efforts on creating good working conditions , acquiring modernized equipment and hiring competent and qualified workers.
The company Calçados Zéliz intends to be recognized as a family-oriented company with a high level of quality and comfort .
As markets are constantly evolving, a project for the development of women's footwear was recently conceived.
Modeling
The design and conception of the shoe is conceived and approved by the modeling department, with the support of CAD/CAM software.
Cut
We choose the best materials for the desired effect, cutting them in a traditional way (balance and cutting) and/or automatic cutting machine.
Sewing
We have an experienced and multidisciplinary team responsible for the meticulous assembly of the pieces necessary for the production of a shoe.
Finishing
Special finishes, detailed paintings and a high degree of rigor, allow you to finish the product with the desired quality.
Mounting
With a production capacity of 500 pairs/day, we have multiple equipment, enabling the manufacture of different types of shoes.
